AADESHWAR INDUSTRIES is a manufacturer and wholesaler of stainless steel, steel and aluminium products, including khatla / charpai beds, cloth drying racks, underground water tank covers and related products. We supply dealers, wholesalers, businesses and bulk buyers across India. These terms govern your use of our website and the orders you place with us.

You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not restrict or prevent anyone else from using it. You agree not to:

• Misuse the enquiry, quote or checkout forms to submit false, misleading or fraudulent information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, its systems or customer data.
• Reproduce, copy, resell or exploit any part of the website content without our written permission.
• Use automated tools to scrape, harvest or disrupt the website.

Product images, descriptions, specifications and weights shown on the website are provided for general guidance. Actual products may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances, raw material batches and custom fabrication. We reserve the right to update product details, specifications and availability at any time without prior notice.

Our website supports two ways of buying:

• Online Shop — products listed with a price can be added to the cart and purchased through our secure hosted checkout.
• Quote Request — for bulk, dealer, institutional or custom orders, you can submit a requirement and our sales team responds with pricing, MOQ and delivery timeline (usually within 4 business hours).

Submitting an order or quote request is an offer to buy. An order is considered accepted only when we confirm it (by email, phone, WhatsApp or a payment confirmation). Until then, we may decline or modify an order — for example, if a product is out of stock, the quantity is below the minimum order quantity (MOQ), or the details need clarification.

For made-to-order and custom-fabricated products, dimensions, finish and specifications are confirmed with you before manufacturing begins. Once production has started on a custom order, it cannot be cancelled or altered without our agreement.

Prices shown in the online shop are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are set by our connected store. Prices are subject to change. The price applicable to your order is the one confirmed at checkout. Where taxes apply, they are included or shown as specified at the time of purchase.

We accept online payments through Razorpay (UPI / cards / netbanking) and, where available, Cash on Delivery (COD). COD orders are subject to approval and may not be available for all locations, quantities or product types. For quote-based orders, payment terms are shared by our sales team along with the quotation.

We dispatch orders pan-India with export-grade packing. Delivery timelines depend on product availability, order quantity, customisation and your location. Estimated timelines are indicative and not guaranteed. Any delivery timeline shared by our team is confirmed with you at the time of order acceptance.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please inspect your consignment on arrival and report any shortage or damage immediately so we can assist you.

Cancellation and refund rights depend on the type of product and the stage of your order. Full details are provided in our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy. In summary:

• Standard, ready-made products may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to confirmation.
• Made-to-order and custom-fabricated products cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
• Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original payment method.

All content on this website — including the AADESHWAR INDUSTRIES name and logo, product designs, images, descriptions and page layout — is owned by or licensed to AADESHWAR INDUSTRIES and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use any of it for commercial purposes without our written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AADESHWAR INDUSTRIES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or from any order, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law. Our liability for any confirmed order is limited to the value of that order.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The updated version takes effect when it is published on this page. Continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Pali, Rajasthan, India.
