Refund & Cancellation Policy

You can request to cancel an order as follows:

• Standard / ready-made products: cancellation requests are accepted before the order has been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order reference.
• Made-to-order and custom-fabricated products: once manufacturing has started, the order cannot be cancelled, as materials and labour have already been committed to your specifications.
• Online payments: if you cancel an eligible order before dispatch, a refund is processed to your original payment method.

As our products are manufactured and supplied for business and bulk buyers, returns are accepted only in the following situations:

• The product received is damaged in transit — report it immediately on delivery so we can assess and arrange a replacement or repair.
• The wrong product or specification has been delivered compared to your confirmed order.
• There is a verified manufacturing defect.

Please inspect your consignment on arrival and notify us promptly. Returns or replacements for reasons other than the above (such as a change in requirement) are not accepted for made-to-order products.

Where a refund is approved, it is processed to the original payment method:

• Razorpay online payments — refunded to the same card / UPI / bank account used for the order.
• Cash on Delivery orders — where a refund applies, it is arranged through our sales team.

Refund processing time depends on your bank or payment provider and may take several business days after we initiate it. Quote-based and advance-paid orders are refunded according to the terms confirmed with you at the time of order acceptance.

• Made-to-order or custom-fabricated products once production has begun.
• Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear after delivery.
• Orders cancelled after dispatch.
